GOOD GUY SUPPLY WARRANTY INFORMATION 

 Good Guy Supply offers a one-year manufacturers’ warranty for machines and power supplies that we produce. The warranty is for a year period from the date of purchase. For machines, the warranty covers manufacturers’ defects. Your warranty is voided if you over-lubricate or drop your machine or miss use of your machine in an application it is not intended for. It is also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the machine or the motor yourself. For non-machine items, please contact our team HERE as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

 If your machine has issues within one year from the date of purchase, send the tattoo machine along with your purchase receipt following the instructions and we will fix or replace it as our technicians determine necessary.

 The Good Guy Supply Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Good Guy Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.
