Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:
Refunds:
- You may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
- A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Opened items are not eligible for a refund.
- Non-professional's ordering will be subject to a 10% restocking fee,
(simply put, if you're not a AHS certified artist, do not order)
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for items in their original, unopened condition.
- Opened items are not eligible for an exchange.
Procedure:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive your return.
Notes:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
